Return Eligibility

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, dust bags, and documentation are included
  • Item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • The return is pre-approved by our customer care team

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at fashionjust@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Include clear photos of the item showing its current condition
  3. Our customer care team will review your request within 1–2 business days
  4. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method at your own cost
  6. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

* Do not send your return without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days

* Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at fashionjust@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for your original order and place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest processing time for both transactions.
