Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx. A tracking number and link are emailed upon dispatch.
Timing: Transit from dispatch is typically 6–12 business days. Including QC and processing, most orders arrive within 8–15 business days door-to-door.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
We keep the process smooth, transparent, and secure:
Express shipping with tracking — After QC, we ship via DHL/FedEx. Transit from dispatch: 5–12 business days. Typical door-to-door is 5–13 business days.
Order confirmation & secure payment — You receive an email with your chosen payment method details.
Quality Control (2–3 business days) — We inspect materials, stitching, hardware, proportions. You receive QC photos (video on request) and we dispatch only after your approval.

Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel 1–2 hours after receiving the email.
Packaging
Every Kelly Purse order is carefully packed to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. Each piece is wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a branded dust bag before being secured in our signature packaging box. A care card and authenticity documentation are included with every order.
Duties & Taxes
All prices displayed on kellypurse.com are exclusive of import duties and taxes. Depending on your destination country, customs duties and local taxes may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Kelly Purse.
